Likeness Rx's public GLP-1 offer makes the payment horizon prominent. It lists monthly plans and several longer prepaid options for compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. That is an invitation to ask a second question: how does the financial horizon relate to the clinical follow-up horizon?
Read the term as a financial term
The monthly figures are $139 for semaglutide and $199 for tirzepatide. The twelve-month advertised totals are $948 and $1,548, giving monthly equivalents of $79 and $129. Those lower equivalents require the associated prepaid commitment; they are not standalone month-to-month prices.
Ask how medication delivery and review are arranged during the selected term. A prepaid duration does not, on its own, tell you how often a clinician checks progress or when the pharmacy sends each supply.
Understand the renewal sequence
The page describes automatic renewal of the selected term and an early first-refill charge. Obtain the relevant dates and cancellation instructions. It also describes a refund if medication is not prescribed. That statement should not be broadened into an unconditional right to a refund later in treatment.
If care changes, discuss the clinical implications with the treating professional and the administrative implications with the billing service. The two conversations may need to occur together without being the same conversation.
Identify the actual preparation
Likeness's advertised GLP-1 products are compounded and are not FDA-approved. Ask for the rationale and dispensing pharmacy connected to the actual prescription. Information about other products on the company's website may not describe this arrangement.
