Reflect Wellness offers two care arrangements: its Tennessee clinic practice and a national telehealth program using independent providers. The clinic’s weekly semaglutide and tirzepatide prices are not the prices of the national medication packages. Choosing the care setting changes both the financial comparison and who makes the clinical decision. [Source]
This review uses the public program pages, their rendered care-setting selectors and the website terms checked October 15, 2026. We did not submit an assessment, authorize a payment or verify the clinician and pharmacy assigned to a specific order. The useful comparison starts with the selected route rather than the brand alone.
Tennessee clinic prices depend on the prescribed tier
The clinic semaglutide page lists weekly prices from $25 to $125 across six tiers, plus a $10 take-home fee. The tirzepatide page lists $75 to $175 per week across six tiers with the same stated take-home fee. [Tirzepatide prices] These are clinic cash-pay prices. The clinician determines the appropriate treatment and tier; the price table is not a dosing recommendation. [Source]
Reflect describes an initial consultation and health screening, followed by monthly visits and monitoring. The pages say the full plan cost is confirmed before treatment. We did not verify whether every consultation, laboratory charge or supply is included in each clinic quote, or how often the take-home fee is assessed. [Source]
Membership is presented as optional, with discounts of up to 15%. We did not verify a selected membership fee or establish that the maximum discount applies to every treatment. Compare the total recurring expense, including any membership, rather than treating an advertised percentage as an automatic saving. [Source]
The national estimator shows a package total, not just a monthly figure
In the rendered national semaglutide selector, the initial selection showed a $159 medication package plus $25 shipping, totaling $184 for approximately ten weeks at the displayed selection. Its estimated monthly medication figure was $69. That smaller figure is not the amount charged for the package and does not include its separately shown shipping cost. [Source]
The national tirzepatide selector showed a package starting at $314. The default selected option instead totaled $464: $439 for medication plus $25 shipping, described as about eight weeks at the displayed selection. Its monthly medication estimate was $238. A separate four-week option was listed at $314. These observations describe the public selector, not a personalized prescription or completed checkout. [Source]
Both national selectors advertise free provider review, a saved card first and a charge only if treatment is approved. We did not test that payment sequence. Package duration changes with the prescribed regimen; the clinician must confirm the product, quantity and appropriate use rather than allowing a cost estimator to choose treatment. [Source]
Local clinicians and the national network are different arrangements
Reflect’s About page says Dr. Brandon Hardin, DO owns and leads the practice, which operates in Murfreesboro and Franklin. The website terms say Tennessee clinic and Tennessee telehealth services use the practice’s providers. We have not independently verified each clinician’s credentials or the provider assigned to a new patient. [Source]
For the national program, the terms specify an independent network made available through a partner platform. Reflect does not prescribe in that route or direct the independent clinician’s judgment. The provider network selects a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy if a prescription is issued, and availability varies by state. The reviewed pages do not identify the actual medical group or dispensing pharmacy for every national applicant. [Source]
A local clinic team page should not be used to imply that the same clinician will manage a national telehealth case. Ask which entity holds the clinical record, how follow-up is arranged and who responds when a medication question arises. The follow-up planning guide keeps those questions in the comparison.
The published website terms defer to the selected care agreement
The July 29 website terms identify themselves as an operational draft awaiting attorney review. They cover website use and say separate clinic or provider consents govern medical care. Payment, refund, cancellation and no-show terms disclosed for the purchased program take precedence over the general summary. [Source]
We did not verify a universal renewal schedule, cancellation cutoff or refund calculation for unused clinic services or national medication packages. Request those terms for the selected route before paying, including what happens after approval but before dispensing or shipment. An advertised charge-only-if-approved policy does not answer every later cancellation question.
Keep pharmacy statements separate from approval
Reflect describes patient-specific prescriptions from state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. Its regulatory language does not mean FDA has approved the compounded medicine or independently certified this particular program. FDA explains that compounded GLP-1 drugs do not undergo its premarket review for safety, effectiveness and quality. [Source]
Reflect’s public pages are most useful when the reader keeps clinic pricing, national packages and the responsible provider distinct. We have not measured clinical outcomes, response times or fulfillment quality. Compare the Slim Wellness Center review for a California practice that publishes a different clinic-versus-telehealth price structure and names its patient-facing clinician.
